180ton Low Voltage Rail Heavy Duty Electric Flat Transfer Cart
The 180-ton low-voltage track heavy-duty electric flatbed transporter is an energy-saving handling equipment specially designed for large workshops and heavy industrial environments. It adopts low-voltage track power supply technology, providing safe voltage through insulated tracks laid on the ground, effectively avoiding the risk of high-voltage electric shock. It is particularly suitable for complex working conditions such as damp and dusty environments. This vehicle is equipped with a high-torque DC traction system, enabling smooth start-up, stepless speed regulation and precise positioning even under a rated load of 180 tons.
The vehicle body adopts a box girder composite structure and high-precision processed bridge-type wheel sets to ensure long-term structural stability under heavy load conditions. The system integrates intelligent power management, anti-collision warning and automatic power-off protection functions, and can be operated automatically through remote control or a central dispatching system. At present, this model has been widely applied in heavy machinery manufacturing, steel processing and large assembly workshops.
